BLURRED BORDERS.

I am a former member of a student group called Somos Dreamers at the University of Utah that focuses on empowering and advocating for undocumented students. During one of our member meetings, we collectively created several artworks that spoke to our UNDOCUWEEK theme " Blurred Borders." I created this artwork from my inspiration of the theme and what it meant to me. Personally blurred borders to me means having a family who lives in fear of deportation everyday. Having a family that does not have access to all opportunities. Having a family who is unable to see loved ones because of a border that doesn't allow them to cross over with a promised return to the place they call home.
